L’aube was born from a simple desire shaped by Chef Gazel İmik’s vision: to create a space where craftsmanship is respected, time slows down, and beauty emerges in its natural form.
From day one, our focus has never been on creating crowds or showing off. We have always concentrated on the essence and intention of our work; choosing discipline over ostentation, meticulousness over excess, and perfect balance in flavor.
Many of our guests say they discovered L’aube entirely by chance. They don't expect to encounter such a space there; one that is calm, modern, meticulous, and self-assured.
Art quietly reveals itself in the soul of the space; it shapes the atmosphere with exquisite works and details that don't shout for attention, but rather invite you to tranquility. People stay longer than they planned, return with loved ones, and make L’aube a part of their lives.
From the very beginning, we have opted for simplicity and moderation. We deliberately kept our menu limited, carefully considered our portion sizes, and always crafted our recipes to feel light, balanced, and clear. Nothing here was created to impress at first glance. Every detail reveals itself slowly over time; it is hidden in the clarity of flavor, the harmony of textures, and the quiet confidence of work done right.
In our kitchen, mastery is not a performance. Ingredients are processed with patience, sauces and broths maintain their clarity, and flavors arrive on the palate in sequence without overpowering each other. Every detail has a purpose, and technique matures through meticulous repetition, day after day.
When we opened our second branch in Emaar after Çengelköy, the promise we made to ourselves never changed; only the experience we offered evolved. Our journey, which began with breakfast, croissants, and carefully prepared sandwiches, transformed into a full restaurant experience with our dinner and lunch service, a broader expression of our cuisine.
Our space has expanded, our rhythm has changed. However, our discipline, our recipes, and the care we show have remained exactly the same. Those who have known us from day one immediately noticed this continuity; because every dish served carried the same intention, the same meticulousness.
Today, L’aube Emaar brings together tranquil coffee breaks, unhurried breakfasts, and quality dining that transitions from day to evening. This place exists for celebrations, gatherings, or simply to slow down life a little.
